JS , as I've stated in other threads I've never flown Song and can't comment directly on the current product. Obviously, the things you are suggesting would be big improvements,
IF implemented by DAL. They would address several concerns that have been expressed on this forum about the current Song.
This still reminds me of the great exchange in Casablanca:
