Just came back from an awesome Memorial Day weekend in DC. Stayed at the Dulles HI for the second time. Greatest staff ever. Immediately recognized my status, extremely friendly. The Exec rooms are super large, very well appointed King rooms. The TV in mine didn't work. Received the Bridal Suite as a replacement...no Bride, mind you. I didnt have a car...who would? Now, the commute from Dulles to DC is a pain - Hotel shuttle to Airport bus to Metro train. About 2 hours each way if you don't time it right.

What is the DIA reception at the Capitol Hilton, rooms, upgrades in comparison to what I experienced and described at Dulles?
