I was forever telling the lovely folk at RM that what's the point of giving members vouchers galore if you make it near enough impossible to redeem them?
After all, a member has to spend rather a lot of cash to get the bloody things in the first place. It only upsets members (myself included now) when you dangle offers infront of them they can't use.
Lyndsay perhaps you could pass on our concerns to the people at RM in Waterside?
