Any answer other than "yes" to that question is, IMO, unacceptable.
I have been told that a Flagship Lounge is in the works at JFK.
Additionally, the AA website talks about it:
Currently, there are large terminal projects at New York JFK International, Los Angeles International and Miami International airports that will house new Admirals Clubs facilities, including a new Flagship Lounge at JFK.

Of course, the info above may be out of date (as are other things on aa.com), but I'm confident that JFK will have a Flagship Lounge.
