Thanks for confirming this for me. As a former airline employee, sometimes I can be overly critical and wonder if other passengers are noticing the general chaos.

Actually, I would suggest to those AS employees on the board that PHX is overstaffed if the other two agents can't help the boarding agent.

Can one of our wonderful AS employee posters clarify this for me? Why only one agent boarding the airplane when there are two others available? At least can they help the boarding agent with special issues? Is this not allowed by AS or the union??? Thanks in advance.
