Most likely F will be in the very front (so they can board and deplane via 1LL - 1 Left Lower) and Business and Premium Economy will be up top, with Economy behind First.
Mind you, even if they do put F upstairs and have to deplane from 1LL or 2LL, I am told that SQ blocks the aisles to prevent Business from deplaning before First and Business before Economy.
