You can view any NW itinerary here. Mine are all booked thru my travel agent, and I can see the reservations. Very nice feature. When I saw that I had not been upgraded, I then checked availability and saw F seats, so I knew I had been missed. I then called the OnePass priority line, and they apologized and took care of it for me.
