Just a heads up with anyone having tickets issued through AA.com resident in Europe. The Madrid(?) ticket issuing office is still having problems. Tickets may end up being paper-ticketed and the reservations made through AA.com may turn up as invalid when you try to view them (though they're supposedly valid).
