Actually, EI departs out of Terminal E at BOS. The Gold Circle Lounge is upstairs near the EI departure gates. It's a pretty decent lounge -- better than the AC IMHO. Open bar, and decent skewers of fruit the last time I was there. The BA lounge is right next door if you fancy something different.
Somehow I suspect I'll be spending my tiem in the BA F lounge!
Nonetheless, I'll visit the EI lounge, so as to add another notch to my OW lounge belt (actually, I'll adding a lot on this trip -- BA BOS F&J, BA LHR Terminal 1 F, AY HEL and EI SNN and BOS).
