BizTravel cuts back airline guarantee
BizTravel has extended its guarantee to rental cars and hotels, but has cut back its airline guarantee. Refunds for delays are now as follows:

* 30 minutes to one hour: $25
* One to two hours: $50
* More than two hours or cancelled: $100
