Interesting report - and nice to get an balanced perspective on Club Europe from a non BA elite. I feel sorry for you having to fly such a long sector in a product that looses any appeal after about 90 minutes. Most of the commentary is spot on - my only surprises are you being missed out on food (never had that happen on BA) and the amateur crew (which happens on about 1 out of 10 flights).

I would write a letter about having your seat assignments moved. Totally unacceptable without at least providing you with an apology and a good reason.

Boarding on BA is a disgrace on both long and short haul - badly organised and where priority lines exist they are rarely policed. The 757's are nearing the end of their lives so the interiors are pretty knackered. The Airbus fleet is much more spiffy!
