Just completed a 4 night stay at the Hilton Tapatio Cliffs resort over the Memorial Weekend. Got 99.00 rate and we had an excellent stay. Breakfast coupons and water were already waiting for us when we checked in. We had the Cliffside suites overlooking the Sunset pool and mountains.

The only thing is don't like about the resort that is they have horrible parking there. My rental car got smashed in the right side door. Called security and they came out to make a report of the hit and run. First time out of 100 rentals that I got a car damaged.

I used my Hilton Visa for the rental car. How do I make a claim to Visa?
