Mike this honours thing is meant to be a loyalty program or have I got it wrong.It certainly seems this incident is a public relations disaster for hilton.Will be in florida in september and this is one hgi not on my list.
May seems to be a disaster for many so called loyalty programs.On the qantas board you can read of an incident where qantas called in security guards to evict 50 flyertalkers from their sydney lounge so you are not alone.
Also many thanks for previous posts as I have found them quite useful and along with others are responsible for me switching completely to hilton.I dont think flyertalk has been bad for their business.
