As far as "compensation" why do you think you'd be "entitled" to any?

Perhaps if you talk NICELY and not angrily with the CSR or supervisor they may be able to assist you. Also, perhaps there aren't two adjacent rooms that both have double beds in them?
I did talk to them nicely as they have been talking to me nicely. I was just tired of getting the runaround and promises from CSR's that was not fulfilled. I just wanted to vent out my frustration and I will keep updating you guys on my situation. Compensation is the last thing I need to worry about as the first priority is to get this straightened out with. I don't want to arrive on June 30th with only one room.
