kind of an interesting area of law. My wife's cousin was born while his parents were vacationing in the US so he is a US citizen. His parents also enabled him to be a citizen of Indonesia (their country of citizenship) and Thailand (no idea how they worked that one out). When my wife and I have our children (first one due late november / early december ), we plan to have them be dual-citizens as well: US & Indonesia.
