Safety wise it might be a different story.
China air used to be known for their gung-ho pilots.
No clue if that changed after the 2002 crash.
Korean Air is another one I'm weary of. They had a rash of crashes about 5 years, mostly cargo, only 1 passenger, but still...
I refuse to fly United to Asia but not because of safety issues.
