What's good for the gander, not good for the ...
Attn : Katie Leilous
You asked your customers to give you a free pass on
the Langham Hotel fiasco and when I ask the same of
you - cancelling within 24 hours of booking - your
people shine me on.
Could you re-investigate this and get back to me?
Sincerely,
SATransplant

And Katie wrote me back!
Dear Mr. SATransplant,
Thank you for taking the time to contact our corporate office regarding
the reservation we booked for you at the Novotel London Euston you do
not need and would like to have cancelled.
We are writing to let you know that we have received your e-mail in our
Executive Offices. Name Your Own Price reservations are restricted and
when we find a travel partner willing to accept your price, we
immediately charge your credit card to lock in your rate and secure
your
reservations. Our travel partner accepts your price on the condition
that your reservation will not be changed, or cancelled. This
condition, as stated throughout the request process, is the reason
customers are able to purchase reservations at their own price. We
apologize if your travel plans have changed; however, your reservations
are non-changeable and non-refundable. If you have any further
questions or concerns please contact me directly at 1-800-945-4602
Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm EST.
We apologize for the inconvenience and regret being unable to assist
you
further.
Sincerely,
Katie Leilous
