Absolutely! I had her a couple of weeks ago. She managed to botch the entire job and take the better part of 45 minutes to get about a 2/3 load on an MD. Plus, when I brought up the situation to the gate agents working the desk they shrugged and continued their personal conversations.
Abysmal. Not necessary.
