From the looks of it, everyone uses the CC certificates. I guess its afavorite hobby when a flight is finished to call or write CO to see if they'll send you something. Now I see how one can become a Platinum for $1,400 out of pocket. Maybe someone should start a thread on "Favorite tricks used to get a freebee"
