My sister booked an award stay for my wife and I online, however there was no place on the HHonors online reward booking where you can change the Guest name from my sister (same last name as I) who booked the award to my wife and I who will be staying. Will this present a problem when we present the award certificate, given that my sister is not staying there, given that it states:
"Reward Confirmations are nontransferable after issuance and are valid for use only by the person whose name is specified on the face of the Confirmation. If a person other than the individual named on the Confirmation attempts to use it, the Confirmation will be deemed void and accommodations will be denied. "
I was under the impression that you can book stays for others using your points online.
