There does not appear to be any rational to bonus mailings. I can go years without receiving any, yet others report they get them all of the time. I have gotten 2 in the last 2 years total. Given the large numbers of FTers that are told that they are already listed on a bonus when they call to register, I suspect that a lot of us that should be getting bonus mailings, don't receive any. I suspect a glitch somewhre in the system at CO.
