Glad to see that Vulcan is back with bonus lists. Have been spending the last couple of months myself in SE Asia taking it easy, mostly. Looks like it was well-timed to coincide with the lull in specials and deals in the U.S.

Would have to agree with SemiElite about Priceline. Just bagged 2 nights at a place in Kansas City in September for $41 total after taxes ($15/night bid plus $5 bonus money offer). That in conjunction with a convoluted-itinerary CO ticket earning 4,700 or so base miles and as many as 14K-16K total. The mileage totals just get too lucrative to use Priceline for airline tickets. And I've used 'em for car rents, but only in situations where I faced $40+ weekday daily rates I couldn't get around with some combination of coupons and specials.

And to the earlier question on mixing XF and T segments, I've always gotten miles credited per segment according to the class, so the XFs should draw the bonuses even if the T segments don't
