I have no information on this property. IIRC, it has been under construction for a couple + years. It is on the island of Guidecca; a two vaporetto bus-ride from San Marco, but close to where the cruiseships dock. Again, if I am recalling correctly, my impression was that the hotel was being built more for cruisepax and day-trippers, than for tourists planning a longer stay. OTOH, Guidecca is a rather, nice laid-back sestiere of Venice. There are some nice little restaurants and a fine residential neighborhood (Elton John has a home there). Harry's Bar has a less expensive version called Harry's Dolce with great views and great food.
