Funnily I have both of them.
United B777 from ORD to LHR and Swiss A340 from ZRH to BKK and SIN.
With the Swiss one you get to travel all over Asia and it's quite fun to see and hear when they fly over Afghanistan and there is virtually no contact between the aircraft and Kabul ATC so the aircrafts have to help eachother relaying the messages.
With the United DVD you get to follow a full Transatlantic flight with all the preparations of crossing the Atlantic (where there is no ATC and no radar following).
The DVDs are both good but I prefer Swiss. On the Swiss DVD you get to see some action in the cabin as well, for example the service in first class.
On the United one there is nothing from the cabin, it is also very hard to hear the ATC which is definitely a drawback.
Otherwise my personal favourite is Qatar Airways which is absolutely fantastic.
Night approach and landing at LHR (you get to see the entire city of London at night), fully automatic landing back in Qatar (no pilot involvement), flights to exotic places such as Damascus in Syria and Khartoum in Africa.
Lots of cabin shots of the inflight service in all classes, both longhaul and shorthaul.
There is also a sightseeing tour of one of their corporate jets (A319CJ), an interview with the CEO of Qatar Airways, and a short clip of the cabin crew briefing before a flight to London.
The pilots featuring on the DVD make a great effort explaining how everything works in their cockpits (A320 and A330) and the nice cabin crew explain how they work in the cabin.
That DVD has everything you may wish to see!!
