Wouldn't it be great if there was some way to solve the elbows in ribs 'spillover' problem? I know that adding lean-back to the middle seat would make it harder for window seat passengers to get in and out in-flight, but it would also make for significantly more comfortable travel for all passengers. Add 2 inches of recline to the middle seat, and take 1 inch away from the window and aisle - boy, that would be an interesting experiment!
