Is this system wide or not?! Would a WN rep please check and get back to this thread.

As with ABQ the beginning of the month, MSY yesterday would not do a reprint and the ticket agent had no idea whatsoever that the kiosks had such a feature.

I want to use this feature without having to make time to stand in line after getting to a "dumb" kiosk. I know about all the other tricks of the trade, but why do it if WN says reprint is there?

So please WN... this is not very user friendly so far...
