Q. Why was the AA Fleet Facts section removed from the American Way Pax Info Section? Many times, customers ask questions about our airplanes and this was a really nice feature to have in the magazine to direct them to. Almost all other major airlines and international carriers include "fleet data" in their magazines.

A. As you may have noticed, the entire Passenger Information pages were redone completely to include more information that was requested and to save money. In order to achieve our targeted goal, the fleet page had to be eliminated since we were unable to find a sponsor for that expense.
