Does anyone know if CO will follow the pack (airlines, hotel chains) who have elected to allow their top level customers to maintain status through 2002 regardless of miles/points earned in 2001?

I've received word from AA (Exec. Platinum) and Hilton (Gold VIP)that my status will remain through 2002. I have already achieved status on AA w/ 100k+ miles this year. It looks like I'll be 2k short of Plat on CO.

What's the buzz here on Flyertalk?
