The pitch is comfortable...until the person in front takes advantage of the extra recline! Then it feels more claustrophobic than it actually is. The legrest was a bit rubbish although I found putting a pillow on top of it (presuming there are spare ones!) made it better for sleeping..this was teamed up with another pillow on top of carry-on which was resting against the bulkhead.
Admittedly I've only done WT+ on one return trip but for those who are used to being stuck in Y thanks to company policy but who can use WT+ it is a great trade up.

Correct but the BA miles earnt get a 25% bonus on top of flown mileage.
