10/2 - while traveling, lost my nw world perks gold card.

10/15 - finally called nw and reported the card missing.

11/15 - called world perks to find out the status of my replacement card. apparently, the request didn't get forwarded until 11/3, and the processing center is backlogged, but the card should arrive within the next month.

11/30 - qualified for world perks platinum. !

12/3 - qualified for us gold preferred !!

12/11 - qualified for aa exec plat !!!

1/2/01 - received my exec platinum kit with 4 vip2's !!!!

1/12/01 - received my gold preferred kit with 2 swu's !!

1/22/01(today) - where the $#*! is anything from world perks (either a replacement gold or new platinum card)???

don't even get me started on the fact that nothing as good as the gifts from us and aa will be in the kit. you have got to be kidding me that it takes 2 1/2 months to get a card made???
