Well checked in started as number four on the list, came closer to the flight I was number six! looked like the five ahead of me were 1K's and the fare said YE and mine I believe YB I could be wrong, but they based the upgrades by that. Anyhow. I ended up going to LA. got C on the LAX flight and there were empty F seats, and a ton of people on the Y to C upgrade list. too bad they did not move me up to let those people up, as I was top dog on this flight. Anyway service sucked there were dogs in the cabin, and dinner was a snack plate of cheese and fruit, take it or leave it. Major dissapointment! also no Bellini???
