By the way, I have checked the airport-page and they say its:
"Domestic flights --- International flights: 90 minutes
International flights --- Domestic flights: 75 minutes"
but I never really rely on such official estimates.
May 9th I arrived on Air France 8.10 am and made my 9.05am domestic connection with time to spare. Generally I would say that the 75 minutes quoted would be about right. Usually Japanese airlines are very good about changing your flights if you miss your flight or even getting you on an earlier flight if you arrive ahead of schedule. I find Kansai very user friendly.
