Just thought I would resurrect this thread as Tesco have decided not to honour the points they owe over the 2650's I bought in-store.

Even though I have two emails from two different Tesco employees stating Nokia 2650 purchased in-store were included the promotion, I have been informed that both of these employees were mistaken.

Just sent off a letter to their chief executive before taking this further but would be interested to know from anyone else they tried to cheat.
