I recently rented a full sized car from Avis and was upgraded. The car I got has On Star. I contacted OnStar yesterday to get directions but they told me that my car does not subscribe to the directions service. Next I used On Star to call my cell phone and to my suprise it works. My question is if I use the On Star phone service should I expect to be charged when I return the car?
