I have the Seimens SX1. Symbian, FM, MP3, camera, etc. Paid about $250US for it in Thailand.

THE SOUND QUALITY IS INCREDIBLE, but you must use their headset.... i hear it's 70 odd bucks if you damage or need to replace it.

I bought a 1Gig MMC memory card and it holds about 150 songs.



PS If you buy a Seimens, make sure you buy it straight from authorized SIEMENS in USA... damn tight with warranty strictness.
