Spoke with the *great folks* at Travelocity corporate- who made the initial calls out to us;
When I spoke to him last week, the vouchers had not been mailed out. They were sorting thru some legal stuff in regards to how to present the voucher.
(I'd be fine with a voucher in a nice envalope- but I guess presentation is important here.)
If your antsy and want to use the voucher talk to them, they are very accomodating.
Also, this week I received the refund to my FIJI trip, with the TL mailing charge for paper tickets to follow.

Even after the promise of the refund and vouchers, they continue to be TOP NOTCH in customer service when I speak to them (at corporate).
"Tony" is 2 thumbs up in my book!!!
