BA crew will be picked up by either the hotel or a bus company.
I doubt if they would let a passenger travel with them,but of course you can ask.

Anyone how has stayed at this hotel would know this information. Crew don't change into civilian clothes before they leave the airport. Hence it's very easy to spot them (as I did).
