We are traveling to Vienna and Paris this summer with our 18 month old. We have never taken him abroad and we dont know what is required of us in terms of taking a car seat. We will not be renting a car but we will be taking taxis and the occasional train. I dont want to lug his huge car seat through the Louvre and so I am wondering do I really need to take one?
