A friend flew FLR-FRA LH C FRA-BKK LH F had 60 kg check-in baggages. The agent at FLR charged her 30 kg excess baggages (she doesn't have gold status) for the whole journey. She ended up paid the excess for EUR200 for FLR-FRA. Picked up her luggages, and went to the end of Termnal A to arrange for pick-up to the F New Terminal. The agent there was reluctant to arrange for the pick-up and said to her that check-in here would be the same as at New F Terminal. After being so persistence, she got the pick-up to the new F Terminal. And, she got 45 kg allowance with 15 kg excess for EUR600.

Well from this experience, my friend told me that it seems that LH is very strict with baggage allowance, and being no-frequent flyer paying F would be a disadvantage. In another words, LH doesn't give an incentive for non-frequent flyer to fly LH F. I actually suggested to her about taking LH F from FRA to try the New F Terminal (which was the best part of her trip on LH). And when I ask her whether she will consider LH for her next trip, she said NO.
