Easy call on this one:

MGM Grand LAX/JFK. Shrimp skewers (marinated in some kind of spicy ginger sauce). Fresh salad with crisp fresh veggies. These were accompanied by a delicious and properly chilled Pouilly Fuisee.

Beef Wellington (prepared in the on-board galley by a chef in a real toque) done absolutely perfectly -- melt in your mouth delicious. Perfect mashed potatoes -- creamy and yum. Asparagus with Hollandaise. Accompanied by a Chateau Neuf-de-Pape Cab (don't remember the vintage), followed by a sorbet.

Dessert was Bananas Foster over an incredible vanilla ice cream. Followed by cordials.

Nothing in the world compared with the style, the service and taste. Before or since...
