I got in trouble once because I didn't claim my work laptop and a commercial good.... so now I always check that box and well, that automatically sends you to secondary all the time with CANPASS... It hasn't really saved me anytime.

If I don't have any luggage and the lines are long I'll use it and pray I don't get behind someone who is having ever item in their bag searched for contraband...
