I never understood what peoples obsession was with the front of the plane. Its almost like people think the closer to first class they are, the greater the status they have.
I like the front because I can exit more quickly. I get a bit claustrophobic during the stampede to exit, so I like being able to get out. I'm sure I'm not alone, but YMMV.
