I can't comment on specific people. I know that some folks were taking the early out. And others were being merged into other departments like res. According to the CP agent/angel I've been working with 1/2 of the CP desk is taking the early out and will be gone by the end of the year. She was excited to have some of the DMSC folks join the CP desk as they add some additional perspective and can enhance the service from the CP desk since they will understand how things work on the DM side even if they are outsourced. Can someone confirm that in fact the DMSC has been completely outsourced?
