That's a whole thread in and of itself; however, the wonderful CP agent I have been working with told me that the DMSC is gone. There are a few supervisors that are still working in Winston; however, the outsourcing has already happened. When we first started working on this problem a month ago she wasn't even sure who to call/e-mail. She has since figured it out and we even got the miles to post unfortunately not as EQMs since the one flight that evidently didn't post is from 2004 and the fancy computers US has didn't understand to roll the miles into 2005......
