Have you considered the Starwood AMEX?

SPG points can be converted into most airlines, and if you convert 20k points at one time, you will receive a 5k miles bonus (20k points = 25k miles). At least with the SPG Amex you can still "earn" DL miles and get a 25% bonus as well. And, you can also use the points for hotel related rewards.
