Actually BKK flights start even sooner: SQ60s.

Currently I see the numbers like this:
SQ001-030 USA/Canada
SQ060-199 South East Asia
SQ2xx Australia & NZ
SQ3xx Europe
SQ4xx West Asia & Africa
SQ8xx North Asia (excl. Japan)
SQ9xx Japan
