They will be arriving in the Central Terminal - either the C Gates or the D Gates. Assuming they arrive at the D gates, they will follow the pictures to Baggage Claim (as soon as they exit the jet bridge, there will be overhead signs with pictures of luggage).

The will walk past security checkpoint and as soon as they come out of the secure area, there is a staircase in front of them. Head down the staircase to Ground level and walk straight. Baggage claim will be on the right or left (depending on the baggage carrosel). It is no more than a 10 minute walk from the furthest gate to baggage claim.

You may want to ask the tour guide to meet them at the top of the staircase.
