At times yes other times no.
I agree and have always that British Airways does a first/world class job.
Mind you in every class of service
But I have been equally satisfied on KLM,SAS,Air France and British Midland.
With or without doing business at BA down the road I would have to agree I will always remain a fan of how BA runs their in flight operations.
Many a carrier could take a cue.

How they manage their CRM and business practices in and out of the loyalty program is what is breaking the camels straw for this traveler
I have the $$$ to pay them.
But I have a principal of not supporting companies short or long term for bad or unethical business practices .
I believe BA could create the same similar financial results and still behave more fairly with its customers .
That is with regard to its incentive program and website disclosure.
