I dunno about Archives, but BEP last I checked had a way to get tix a week in advance (just one week in advance, though, so you'd call first thing July 1 to make your reservation). Let me see if I can dig up a link....

Ack, looks like they changed it since then. You can go in to see the (small) visitor's center there at the BEP; that's all I've ever managed to see.
