So this morning I tried to look at my upgrade situation on my upcoming flights via ITN. Some of my flights didn't show up anymore. I called CO and sure enough some flights were "consolidated". So I got the phone call before the agents had the information?! Anyway, everything got squared away this morning.

Finally, I'm sure glad I booked my SAN-CLE flights for November and December last week. I got the $189.50 fares- now I see they're back to the $478 range. Even into early 2002...
